Refund policy

An order from the NuShop online store can be returned at any of our stores together with proof of online purchase or can be collected from the customer subject to standard collection charge.

Please email request@nushop.co.za for all refunds and exchanges.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of NuShop receiving the parcel at our distribution centre.
